Alsan Mastic 2200 is a sealant based on bitumen and synthetic rubber, used for sealing cracks, fissures, and joints during repair work. The sealant comes in a cartridge and can be applied to a dust-free surface using a caulk gun. Its adhesion is so strong that it can almost always be used without a primer, even on a slightly damp surface. The curing time is 4 to 24 hours, depending on the conditions and the size of the joint or crack.
